Why me? What are the benefits?

My name is Mario, and I have been practising martial arts for over 30 years in different European countries. I am passionate about fitness, nutrition, and a healthy, active lifestyle. I became an instructor to help my students to achieve their health and fitness goals with martial arts.

Continued education and further training are crucial for us to stay up to date with our knowledge and skillset. Students and their parents can be confident of being professionally trained to high standards. You can find more information about my qualifications and CPD here.

Taekwondo is an excellent form of exercise and fantastic martial art to practise, bringing health improvements such as balance, flexibility, stamina, strength, and posture.

I also offer virtual sessions via the Zoom video conferencing tool that are targeted at teens and adults. Children are welcome to join, but a legal guardian must be present!
